What I build

From catalogue to checkout.

Whether a custom B2B shop or a strong B2C store — I build on the system that fits your business model instead of forcing you into one.

01

Sylius — the flexible core

The Symfony-based open-source commerce for custom B2B and B2C requirements. Fully customisable, API-first and maintainable — ideal when standard shops hit their limits.

02

Shopware — live fast

The established German commerce platform with a strong ecosystem. For merchants who want to launch quickly with many standard features.

03

Spryker & enterprise

Headless commerce for complex, high-scaling scenarios. Experience from a loyalty-platform project at arvato Bertelsmann.

Product data & integrations

Pimcore as PIM/DAM, plus connections to ERP, payment providers, shipping and marketplaces. Clean data flows instead of silos.

Learned from real relaunches.

For losfondos I led the relaunch of a lost-&-found platform on Sylius as project lead — with a six-person, internationally distributed team. For arvato Bertelsmann I developed REST APIs for a loyalty platform on Spryker. In other words: your platform is built by someone who has not only seen large commerce projects, but delivered them.

The most common mistake in e-commerce is picking a system on gut feeling. I start with your business model — assortment depth, B2B vs. B2C logic, integrations, scaling goals — and derive the platform from it. If Shopware is enough, I recommend Shopware. If you have custom processes, Sylius is usually the more maintainable choice.

Frequently asked questions

Sylius or Shopware — which is better?
It depends on your business model. Shopware is strong when you want to go live quickly with many standard features. Sylius is the more maintainable choice for custom processes and B2B requirements, because it builds on Symfony and is fully customisable. I advise with an open mind.
Can you take over my existing shop?
Yes. I take over existing Sylius, Shopware and Spryker shops for maintenance and further development, onboard into unfamiliar code and stabilise it step by step.
Do you migrate data from my old shop?
Yes. Product data, customers and orders are migrated in a structured, verified way — with test runs before the new shop goes live.
Do you integrate my ERP / payment?
Yes. Integrations with ERP systems, payment providers, shipping services and marketplaces are standard. Where no ready-made interface exists, I build one.
