For which company size is 3CX worthwhile?
3CX already pays off for small teams and scales to several hundred extensions. For most small and medium-sized businesses it is the most flexible and cost-effective VOIP solution.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
Yes. Existing numbers are ported to a new SIP provider. I plan the porting so there is no gap in reachability.
Cloud or on-premise?
Both are possible. Cloud-hosted 3CX is low-maintenance and location-independent; an on-premise system gives maximum control. I recommend based on your requirements for data, locations and budget.
